Yuma, AZ – 52TEN, a mobile home and RV park investment firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Oasis Gardens, a 147-space senior RV resort located in west Yuma. The firm acquired the property with a combination of private equity and local bank debt. This was an off-market transaction, acquired from a private owner in Seattle, Washington.

52TEN, a Scottsdale based company is led by the team of Jack Martin, and Nate Pattee.

“We are excited to begin work on the park,” says Nate, Principal at 52TEN, “Oasis Gardens will be transformed from what is already a good quality park to a top tier RV resort. We intend to build on the existing culture at the park, while making improvements that will upgrade the experience everyone living here.”

Oasis Gardens is often referred to as “the OG RV Resort” and is located in West Yuma, just minutes from historic downtown and numerous hotspots. The property was selected for acquisition because it offers a rare combination of both value-add opportunity and stability in the same asset, which makes it appropriate for a longer-term hold.

Oasis Gardens fits perfectly into 52TEN’s strategic target market niche focus of acquiring underperforming mobile home and RV parks, in fundamentally good locations, and turning them into higher quality properties.
