52TEN acquires 138 mobile home lots in Omaha, Nebraska
This investment is the firm’s first mobile home park in the Cornhusker State
52TEN, a real estate investment firm focused on mobile home parks, has announced the acquisition of Villa Estates, a 138-lot, 3-star mobile home park located in Omaha, Nebraska. The property, built in 1968, spans 16.54 acres and is currently operating at 100% occupancy with public utilities in place.
This marks 52TEN’s first investment in Nebraska and the fourteenth community added to its growing portfolio.
