52TEN acquires 180 mobile home lots in Carson City, Nevada

Mobile home park investment company expands to the Silver State

52TEN, a firm specializing in mobile home park investments, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Eagle Valley Estates, a 180 space mobile home & park in Carson City, Nevada.

Eagle Valley Estates (formerly named Seven Star Mobile Home Park) marks the twelfth park for 52TEN. This park was acquired by 52TEN’s Fund II, composed of 4 mobile home and RV parks across Arizona, Texas and now Nevada.

This park is already 96% occupied and in need of minor capital improvements – an incredible stable addition to an already over-performing fund.
