Jack Martin

CO-FOUNDER

Jack spearheads relationships at 52TEN, overseeing property acquisitions and the firm’s capital partnerships.

Over the last 20 years, Jack’s businesses have been involved in more than $350 million in real estate projects, including land development; construction; and the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of thousands of properties across a variety of asset classes.

After serving in the US Army, Jack began his entrepreneurial journey as a general contractor, specializing in land development and custom homes. He spent the next 14 years with an Arizona-based real estate capital management company, where he became adept at sourcing real estate and fostering relationships with capital partners. Jack joined Nate in 2016 as a co-founder at 52TEN to focus on manufactured housing communities. Jack is known for his strong communication skills and his understanding of what it takes to build lasting relationships.

Outside of real estate, Jack dedicates his time to his family, the outdoors, and teaching personal development. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and seven children.

Nate Pattee

CO-FOUNDER

Nate leads the financial planning at 52TEN, overseeing asset management and strategy for the portfolio.

Nate’s experience over the last 20 years includes commercial development, commercial brokerage, real estate marketing, and portfolio management of multifamily and manufactured home communities. He has participated in the acquisition and disposition of over $300 million in commercial real estate.

After graduating from Purdue University, Nate moved to Arizona and joined The Weitz Company, where he gained extensive development and construction experience. At Marcus & Millichap, he became adept at underwriting and brokering commercial transactions. He built a successful marketing business that serviced the real estate industry before serving as an asset manager for a portfolio of multifamily communities.

In 2016, Nate co-founded 52TEN to focus on manufactured housing communities. He currently serves on the board of the MHCA in Arizona. Outside of real estate, Nate spends most of his free time in the great outdoors, enjoying live music, and grilling BBQ. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and two children.

Michael Escobedo

Acquisitions Manager | Partner

Michael leads property transactions in the Sunbelt States at 52TEN.

Michael brings decades of experience in relationship building, strategic planning, financial structuring, and transaction management for large-scale manufactured housing sales to the team.

Michael leverages his insightful perspective on understanding market trends and emerging market conditions to pursue manufactured housing communities throughout the Sunbelt States for the 52TEN portfolio. His top priority is to ensure transactions are fair, honest, and beneficial to both sellers and 52TEN.

Prior to joining 52TEN, he was an accomplished commercial real estate broker for Marcus & Millichap, closing over $200 million in manufactured home community transactions nationwide. Before this, Michael served in various distinguished sales and management roles.

Michael lives in Goodyear, Ariz., with his wife and two children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with family, off-roading, and working in wrestling development. In addition to being a distinguished wrestler, he was a two-time individual Indiana high school state championship and a varsity collegiate letter winner. He is a graduate of Michigan State University where he earned a BS in social science.

Maria Wilson-Simon,

CMCA, AMS, ACM

DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY OPERATIONS

Maria oversees the operational performance of 52TEN’s mobile home community portfolio. She provides leadership, guidance, and training to our amazing property management and maintenance staff. She is responsible for ensuring that our onsite teams provide exceptional customer services and that our communities are pristinely maintained.

Maria has over 20 years of property management and construction experience with a primary focus on commercial, residential, manufactured, resort-style properties. She honed her experience within the manufactured housing industry working for various REITs and obtaining property management and real estate designations. She is a graduate of Harford Community College where she focused on Human Resource Management.

When not working, Maria spends her time traveling, practicing her archery and photography skills, and spending time with her family and friends.

52TEN Elysia Perrine Finance

Elysia Perrine, MSA

FINANCE MANAGER

Elysia oversees the finance department at 52TEN, including all bookkeeping and accounting. She is a forward-thinking problem solver and is diligent in providing accurate financials.

Elysia earned her Master of Science in Accountancy with honors from the University of Phoenix in 2013. After earning that distinction, she provided independent bookkeeping services to the real estate industry, particularly for owners of mobile home and RV parks. 52TEN became her client in 2018 and her permanent home in 2021.

Elysia is a wife and a mother of three who enjoys all things healthy and chocolatey. She and her family love adventuring to national parks and hiking – the simple things.

Abbey Olivo

MARKETING MANAGER

Abbey oversees the marketing department at 52TEN, including both the corporate brand and the community portfolio. Her experience combines over 15 years of sales and marketing, focused on upscale brands and the customer experience.

Starting her sales and marketing career at an early age, Abbey assumed a leadership role in the senior housing industry in 2006. Concurrently, she gained property management experience, overseeing apartment complexes in downtown Seattle while attending school at Washington State University’s global campus. After graduating, she transitioned from the senior living industry to the maritime sector, and then served as marketing manager for an international luxury OEM to complete a major rebrand.

Abbey resides just outside of Seattle, Washington with her husband, two daughters and Pomsky. They enjoy spending time outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, traveling, playing and watching sports, and cooking together.
