Jack Martin


Jack’s experience includes general contracting, development, capital management, and the acquisition and disposition of over $450 million of residential and commercial real estate.

After serving in the US Army, Jack began his entrepreneurial journey as a general contractor, specializing in land development and ground-up construction of custom homes. He spent 14 years with an Arizona-based real estate firm, where he became adept at sourcing off-market real estate and fostering relationships with capital partners. During this time, he acquired and sold over 2,000 single-family homes and 900 apartment units/manufactured housing lots. In 2016 he joined Nate as a co-founder at 52TEN to focus on manufactured housing communities.

Nate Pattee


Nate’s experience includes development, brokerage, marketing, portfolio management, and the acquisition and disposition of over $400 million of commercial real estate.

After graduating from Purdue University, Nate moved to Arizona and joined The Weitz Company, where he gained extensive development and construction experience. At Marcus & Millichap, he became adept at underwriting and brokering commercial real estate transactions. As a principal, he grew a real estate marketing firm’s revenue 9x over 4 years to a successful exit. He then served as asset manager for a portfolio of multifamily and manufactured housing communities, where he and Jack met. He co-founded 52TEN in 2016 to pursue manufacturing communities, drawn by the stable performance and favorable risk dynamics of the asset class.

Tom has 30+ years of leadership across the financial services industry. He is skilled in all aspects of finance and accounting. Tom has deep experience as an Chief Financial Officer, Auditor, Controller, Chief Investment Officer, Compliance Officer, Director of Investor Relations, Human Resource Manager, Financial Operations Principal and Wealth Advisor for new and existing companies.

He has an extensive and multifaceted career in real estate, accounting and finance. Previously a CFO and CIO for family offices and private/public companies, he has managed a $1B private investment portfolio including securities, private equity, hedge funds, and venture capital. Tom’s background includes executive positions with a REIT, real estate syndicator, real estate investment firm, real estate distressed debt fund, and a property management company.

Maria has over 20 years of property management and construction experience with a primary focus on manufactured and resort-style properties. She provides leadership, guidance, and training to 52TEN’s property management and maintenance staff, and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across pristinely maintained communities.

Maria holds CMCA, AMS, and LCAM property management certifications.
