Jack Martin


Jack spearheads relationships at 52TEN, overseeing property acquisitions and the firm’s capital partnerships.

Over the last 20 years, his businesses have been involved in more than $250 million in real estate projects, including land development; construction; and the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of thousands of properties across a variety of asset classes.

After serving in the US Army, Jack began his entrepreneurial journey as a general contractor, specializing in land development and custom home construction. He spent the next 14 years with a Phoenix-based real estate capital management company, where he became adept at sourcing off-market real estate opportunities and fostering relationships with capital partners. He joined Nate in 2016 forming 52TEN to focus on recession-resistant mobile home investments.

Jack is known for his strong communication skills and his track record of consistently finding great real estate opportunities. He understands what it takes to build lasting relationships, always striving to deliver the best experience in the industry. Outside real estate, Jack dedicates his time to his family, the outdoors, and teaching personal development. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and seven (yes, seven!) children.

Nate Pattee


Nate leads the financial planning at 52TEN, overseeing the asset management and strategy for the portfolio.

His experience over the last 20 years include commercial development, commercial brokerage, real estate marketing, and portfolio management of multifamily and manufactured home communities. He has participated in the acquisition and disposition of over $150 million in commercial real estate.

After graduating from Purdue University, Nate moved to Arizona and joined The Weitz Company, gaining extensive development and construction experience. At Marcus & Millichap, he became adept at underwriting and brokerage of commercial transactions. He spent four years building a successful marketing business that serviced the real estate industry before serving as asset manager for a portfolio of multifamily communities. In 2016, he founded 52TEN to focus on mobile home communities.

Nate is known for his conservative underwriting style, his proactive approach to asset management, and the creative strategies that allow 52TEN to outperform projections. He currently serves on the board of the MHCA in Arizona. Outside real estate, Nate spends most of his free time in the great outdoors, enjoying live music, and grilling BBQ. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and two children.

Christina Dexter


Christina oversees the performance and strategy of 52TEN’s mobile home community portfolio and ensures residents receive the best experience possible. She hires, leads, and guides our amazing property management and maintenance staff, is responsible for capital improvement projects, and facilitates acquisitions and dispositions within the portfolio.

Christina has over 20 years of real estate and construction experience with commercial, mixed-use, and residential properties. She is a proud graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned her business degree.

When she’s not working, Christina spends her time exploring and traveling to new places, being outdoors near the water, enjoying good food, and spending time with family and friends.

52TEN Elysia Perrine Finance

Elysia Perrine, MSA


Elysia oversees the finance department at 52TEN, including all bookkeeping and accounting. She is a forward-thinking problem solver and is diligent in providing accurate financials.

Elysia earned her Master of Science in Accountancy with honors from the University of Phoenix in 2013. After earning that distinction, she provided independent bookkeeping services to the real estate industry, particularly for owners of mobile home and RV parks. 52TEN became her client in 2018 and her permanent home in 2021.

Elysia is a wife and a mother of three who enjoys all things healthy and chocolatey. She and her family love adventuring to national parks and hiking – the simple things.

52TEN Deanna Dark Property Manager

Deanna Dark


Deanna oversees training, education, and ongoing support for the on-site property management staff at all the properties in the portfolio. During property acquisitions and takeover, she assists with due diligence and setup of the property’s software programs, processes, and document storage.

Deanna is known for her integrity, loyalty, organization, and patience. Over her career, she has been involved in medical administration, hospitality administration and training, education, construction company bookkeeping, and on-site property management — all while helping each company provide excellent customer service.

Deanna and her husband live in Arizona where they raised their three children. She enjoys cooking for people; reading; traveling; outdoor sightseeing and bird watching; and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
